Through this experiential approach, the olive tree and olive oil become starting points for exploration, creativity, expression and meaningful learning. The book presents the project “The Olive Tree and Olive Oil”, along with suggestions for educational activities and an exploration of **“Experiential Teaching”**, an approach that emphasises experience, participation and children’s active expression. The students’ own voices hold a special place in the book. Authentic student writings, reproduced in their original handwritten form, capture children’s feelings, thoughts and imagination as they explore the world of the olive tree. Their words highlight the value of an education that encourages creativity and gives every child space to discover and express their own way of thinking. **The book will be presented by:** - **Evropi Moschona-Marangaki**, honorary school adviser for philologists and president of the local branch of the Lyceum Club of Greek Women. - **Eirini Spyratou**, former Education Adviser for Primary School Teachers at the Directorate of Primary Education of Eastern Attica. The presentations are intended for teachers, parents, supporters of Environmental Education and anyone interested in children’s relationship with school and nature, as well as educational approaches that cultivate creativity and strengthen free expression. Books will be available from the **Happy House** bookshop. We look forward to welcoming you to meet the author and discover a book that begins with a small olive tree and opens up… new paths.
