About the film
Poland, 1983. The country is shaken by the case of Grzegorz Przemyk, a high school student beaten to death by the militia. Based on true events, the film follows the story of the sole witness to the beating, who overnight becomes the state's number one enemy.
The oppressive regime uses its entire apparatus - secret services, militia, media and courts - to corner him and other people related to the case, such as his parents, and Grzegorz Przemyk's mother.
