The Drama Group of the Vallianeio General Lyceum of Kerameies closes the school year with a performance full of humour and twists, inviting the island's audience to the Lykiardopouleio Theatre on Saturday 20 June. Below we reproduce the press release as sent to us by the school.
Press Release — Vallianeio General Lyceum of Kerameies
On Saturday, 20 June, at 8:30 in the evening, at the Lykiardopouleio Theatre of the Kerameies School Complex, the Drama Group of the Vallianeio General Lyceum of Kerameies presents The Emir, the Ghost and Margarita! Three comic stories that… come together at the end to bring joy and laughter, just in time for a good summer. The students of the drama group rehearsed even during their exams and, now that exams are over, they bid farewell to the school year through theatre.
A small taste: the Emir of Lamogistan arrives to invest in Greece… But who really owns the hill of Agios Georgios? A treasure stays locked inside a piggy bank, but you'll never guess who has the key! And… Margarita's mother is out of her mind and locks her in to study for the national exams, but… someone is about to climb in through the balcony… We won't reveal any more. Only that you will laugh a lot!
Admission is free for the public.
